ECOFUEL™ Buyers Club - Terms and Conditions

 

1. Seat Booking and Deal Reservation

  • By booking a seat in the ECOFUEL™ Buyers' Club, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
  • There are no membership fees associated with the Buyers' Club and no ongoing commitment. However, a fully refundable deposit is required to secure a seat for each group purchase you participate in.

    2. Buyers' Club Deal Details

  • Each deal features a specific product with details including the product name, target price, delivery timeline, minimum required seats for the deal, and maximum capacity.

  • Only one product will be available at a time, and the selection may vary based on availability and demand throughout the year.

    3. Price Determination

  • The target price for the Buyers' Club group purchase of any product will be the lowest in the past three months, with a projected price increase for the specific product forecasted for the next three to six months.

    4. Booking Confirmation

  • Booking confirmation is only issued once the required seats are filled and the full payment is made. Upon confirmation, we will contact you to collect the remaining payment, less the deposit, on the closing date of the Buyers' Club deal.

    5. Booking Deposits

    1. The booking deposit, which costs EUR 49, is fully refundable and reserves your seat in the Buyers' Club deal. The deposit will be applied toward the main purchase price when the Buyers' Club deal closes.

    2. For each new Buyers’ Club booking a booking deposit of EUR 49 is required.

      3. 6. Cancellation and Refunds

      1. Cancellations are permitted before booking confirmation, and a full refund of the deposit will be provided.

      2. Once the group purchase is confirmed and full payment is made, refunds will not be processed. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

        7. Payment Methods

        1. Payment methods for booking include secure online payment options, PayPal, or bank transfer.

          8. Unsuccessful Deals

          1. In the event of insufficient interest to proceed with a group purchase, all participants will receive a full refund of the deposit.

            9. Shipping Charges

            1. Shipping charges are additional and not included in the Buyers' Club deal. These charges will be calculated and applied at the time of the closing of the Buyers' Club deal, based on current shipping rates.

              11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

              1. ECOFUEL™ reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email and will be posted on our website. Continued participation in the Buyers' Club constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

                  1. ECOFUEL™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Buyers' Club. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the participant.

                    1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Ireland.
