So when you asked us when we would be making store collection an option we made it our business (because it kind of is!) to make it happen.
This week we are introducing our ‘Store Pickup’ feature for all online or over the phone orders which will be available from our Galway store.
‘How does it work?’ you ask?
It couldn’t be easier!
Simply browse our website for the firewood products you know and love and pop them into your Fuel Cart. Don’t forget to sign into your EcoFamily account so you get your EcoCoins! When you click into your Fuel Cart to check out select ‘Store PickUp’ instead of ‘Home Delivery’.
We will then give you the option of selecting a time that suits you to collect from our depot in Ballybane and the job’s nearly done! Pop in your contact and payment details for your order and everything will be ready and waiting for you when you arrive.
Choosing Store Pickup means you take control of receiving your order when it suits you instead of working around a busy schedule to find a delivery slot. You can order as much or as little as you like and best of all, avoid any delivery charges for your products, saving you money in the long run!
